We Love You, Pure Barre!
Lift. Tone. Burn. These words might seem innocent enough—that is unless you’ve been to a class at Pure Barre Fort Collins. Then you know when they say burn, they mean your muscles will be on fire, your legs will be shaking, but your lovely instructor is going to ask you to do that move ten more times before you can quit!
What is Pure Barre?
Pure Barre relies on foundational techniques of small muscles movements, high repetition for each movement, and isometric holds. These small things produce big results. And traditional barre classes are low impact, so while anyone will get an incredible workout from Pure Barre, the movements are friendly to people with joint pain, back, neck, or knee problems, and pregnant and post-partum women.
