We know summer is full of fun activities and chances to get outdoors. And we want to make sure you know about all the fitness and health events in Fort Collins and beyond so you don’t miss them. Some of these events are hosted by friends and sponsors of the Fort Collins Fitness Festival, others we just really love! Take a look!

Athleta Run Club—Every Wednesday Morning

Sometimes all it takes is a little accountability to make sure your workouts happen. And working out in a group is always more fun! That’s why Athleta in Fort Collins hosts a Run Club every Wednesday morning throughout the summer from 7-8:30 am. All ages and abilities are welcome.

Tuck & Shop—June 22

Pure Barre and JB Elliot are teaming up for a pop-up class with mimosas and shopping. Sounds like a great way to spend a Saturday morning, right? Tickets are $25 for a 45-minute Classic class, mimosas and snacks, and private shopping at JB Elliot.

Life Revolution Summit Teaser Event—June 30

Life Revolution Summit is the brainchild of Jennifer Watson and is all about equipping you to be your best self and an incredible leader. This teaser event on June 30th will give you a little taste of what the Summit will be like this fall. There will be an intentional exercise session, a panel on Limitless+Leadership+Love including our own Rachel Pastor, and some motivation from Jennifer herself!

Loveland Liberty 5K

The best way to start a day of BBQ and beer is with a 5K. And if you want to race for a good cause on the Fourth of July, the Loveland Liberty 5K is the perfect event. Proceeds from the event go to Life for the Innocent, a non-profit that frees children from human trafficking. Plus, there is free beer from Grimm Brothers. Kids participating in the Healthy Kids Run Series by UC Health can do a mile-run after the 5K as well.

Yoga Thirstdays—July 11

Throughout the summer, New Belgium hosts a free yoga class from CorePower Yoga the first Thursday of each month. The class for July is on July 11th (no class on 7/4!) at 6 pm. Of course, you can grab some of your favorite New Belgium brews before or after class.

New Belgium and Fitness Festival Events Triathlon—July 27

It’s back! One of our epic summer pop-up events returns to New Belgium on July 27th with a 5K run, a 30-minute HIIT workout, and then a 45-minute yoga class. We had a great turnout to this event last year, but we’d love to see even more of you and get you pumped up for the Fort Collins Fitness Festival in September!
