Guest Information:

  • Bring appropriate workout apparel, shoes, yoga mat, full water bottle and sunscreen!

  • Do not bring: dogs, alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, glass bottles, fireworks, umbrellas, large backpacks, coolers, blankets, chairs, skateboards, or scooters.

  • Smoking of any kind is prohibited at the Fitness Festival and in Downtown Fort Collins and could result in a citation from the Fort Collins Police Services. [More Information]

  • Filming/Recording - No filming, or recording of Main Stage Workouts and/or Experiences is allowed.

  • Photography - Pictures are allowed. Make sure to #FortCollinsFitnessFestival in your post!

Safety and Security:

  • Medical: First-aid station is located on the festival [view map.] For critical medical emergencies contact on-site personnel. 

  • Weather: If severe weather occurs (hail, wind, rain, and/or lightning) we may need to delay and/or cancel events. If there is severe weather seek appropriate shelter immediately. Announcements will be made from the stage about any delays, cancellations and/or evacuations if necessary. Weather updates will be posted on Facebook and Instagram. Safety is the responsibility of the attendees.

  • Bag Checks: Personal items are subject to searches at the Festival and attendees can expect day long bag checks at each of the entrances.

Parking and Transportation:

Parking is limited downtown. Please carpool, use bus system or other means of transportation to the festival.
